STONE BRAAMS is a free Kontakt library of playable cinematic braams designed for modern trailer music, game scoring, film scoring and cinematic sound design.
Built using exactly the same technology and Kontakt engine as KRYER, STONE BRAAMS turns braams from static one-shot effects into playable musical instruments. The library includes 12 Kontakt instruments, with each instrument containing individually produced samples for all 12 chromatic notes.
Every note is a genuine, individually produced sample. There is no pitch-shifting or sample stretching between notes. This allows each braam to retain its intended character, tonal balance, timing and evolution across the entire chromatic range.
Because the instruments are fully playable, the braams can be used to create melodic lines, tonal motifs and powerful interval combinations rather than simply triggering isolated cinematic effects. Due to the massive and complex character of these sounds, they are particularly effective when used as individual notes or intervals within a composition.
The library uses the same instrument architecture and engine as KRYER, providing a familiar workflow and the same essential sound-shaping capabilities in a compact collection dedicated entirely to braams.
